i've been playing around in Adobe Illustrator and made these tags to share with you!


they are perfect to use as cupcake toppers, as embellishments on cards, as a part of a banner and so much more!


here's how i used them...
to top my homemade cinnamon rolls

to recover a small notebook and to top off an altered clothespin

and to make a banner!

i'm a total beginner on Adobe Illustrator and i totally want to learn more.  i'm not scheduled to take that class until next year and i... just. can't. wait.


i purchased this book (i read great reviews about it) and i'm going to start working my way through it.  it's not here yet, but hopefully soon!

anyone interested in joining me?  


this is what i'm thinking... i learn by doing so i'm thinking of teaching what i'm learning as i go along... like doing a "techie tuesday" video type thing.  i'd love to learn how to make more intricate tags, invitations, embellishments, etc., but i know that i need to do it in steps (dang it).


well... i'm just throwing this out there.  if anyone is interested in learning along with me, let me know!  the more the merrier! :o)  


ok... now here are the tags!!  they work perfectly with 1 1/4" circle punch or a 1 3/4" scallop circle punch.
