I took a break from Onesies last night because I really had to sit down and do some homework. If I didn't, I know I'd hate myself next week. All of my final projects are due next Tuesday. Although I don't have a Onesie to share, I want to share an early Christmas present with you and feature an Etsy store.
Does a gift count if you buy it for yourself? I think it does. In this case I really felt like it was Christmas because I really didn't know what I was getting. I had all those feelings of excitement, anticipation, and surprise!
I recently found these "two love birds who love fabric", Charles and Lindsay on Etsy and their shop name is Fabric Supplies. Remnants of fabric can go a long way on all of the small projects I work on, so when I found their scrap packs I was thrilled. Their scrap packs are 6 pieces of fabric in a certain color palette that equal 2 yards for $11. Great price, right?? They are really nice size pieces of fabric lengths (44" x 6 - 17") of solid quality! They include designers like Amy Butler, Heather Bailey, and Michael Miller... fabrics I absolutely droooooool over.
My package arrived in the mail yesterda. Check out how THICK it is! I couldn't wait to open it!! (although I did pause to take a picture) ;)
I love that you order by the color palette, so you don't know quite what you'll get. That lends to the pure excitement and anticipation of opening it.
I ordered a fresh color palette and received this:
I ordered a warm color palette and received this:
I ordered a cool color palette and received this:
Yuuuuuuuuuummyyyyy!!!! There isn't one piece of fabric I received that I don't love. It's complete torture having it here in the house and not being able to do anything with it. Although I did have the stack laid out nicely beside me while I worked on my homework. I just loved being able to glance over at it, run my hand over it, and SMILE.
