Cheese Puffs

When I visit my family, I love to stop by a small restaurant/bakery- Fatapples. There are so many yummy baked goods there, but my favorite is their Cream Puffs.

I was SO happy to find a recipe that sounded similar. I decided to make them today to keep my mind off of waiting for the San Diego Chargers game to start. Baking truly does relax me. :)

They came out looking like them... and they ended up tasting like them too! Yaaay! Now there's no need to drive 7 hours to get this treat.
